Neurodiverse Adults

I have extensive experience working with adult clients who are on the neurodiverse spectrum. So often neurodiverse adults did not get the diagnosis and support they needed as children to manage being different in a world built for neurotypicals. As a result adults often find themselves with many adaptive strategies to manage the world and their relationships. If you choose me as your therapist I will honor the ways that have been successful for you and help you create new ones to be happier in your life. I also have experience with testing and diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorders in adulthood.
