For KY & IN Residents: My psychotherapy services are in-network for Aetna, Cigna, Oxford (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), Oscar (Optum), Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield (Indiana & Kentucky), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Anthem EAP-Bank of America, Carelon Behavioral Health, United Healthcare Medicare Advantage, Quest Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield of New Jersey, Humana Medicare Advantage, Devoted Health Medicare Advantage.

I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so that I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you.

For residents outside of KY & IN: Check with your insurance carrier but typically all of my services are out-of-network. Upon request, I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance carrier to use toward your out-of-network deductible.
I offer a sliding fee scale for all out-of-network and private-pay services.
Payment
I accept Debit, Credit, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
Payments for psychotherapy sessions are expected at start of each session. Payment for testing/evaluation is expected prior to scheduling appointment.​
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled psychotherapy appointment or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $90. A late cancel or no-show fee will not be charged for testing, as total fee is due prior to scheduling.
