I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work for psychotherapy services. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. To book your first therapy session using your insurance give me a call or visit Headway (here) to set up your client profile and book a session.​​

For residents outside of KY & IN
Check with your insurance carrier but typically all of my services are out-of-network. Upon request, I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance carrier to use toward your out-of-network deductible.
Payment
I accept Debit, Credit, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
Payments for psychotherapy sessions are billed at the end of each appointment. Payment for testing/evaluation is expected in full the day of appointment.​
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled psychotherapy appointment or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $90. A late cancel or no-show fee will not be charged for testing or evaluations.
